- What this site is. An informational website about Jewel Labs, its diamond growth platform, and its products, with a contact form and a scheduling link. It is not a product, an application, or an account service.
- Acceptable use. No unlawful use, no scraping at disruptive volume, no attempts to breach or probe security, and no misrepresenting an affiliation with Jewel Labs.
- Content and intellectual property. The site, its design, its text, and its diagrams are owned by Jewel Labs or its licensors. Material property figures cited on the site are drawn from published literature and belong to their respective sources.
- Technical information. Material properties shown on this site are typical published values for high purity single crystal material, given for comparison. They are not product specifications, not a warranty of performance, and not a commitment that any part we supply will meet them. Product specifications are provided separately and in writing.
- Forward looking statements. Descriptions of products in development describe intent, not present capability. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities or a solicitation of an offer to buy them.
- Third party services. The site relies on Cal.com for scheduling and Google Fonts for typefaces. We are not responsible for their outages or their handling of data under their own terms.
- Disclaimer. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jewel Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, and total liability is limited to 100 US dollars.
- Termination. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of law rules.
- Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use after we post an update means you accept it.
